What about menopause symptoms, early menopause symptoms and the aging process?

We have all heard the terms "menopause" and early menopause (or "perimenopause") being bandied about in the media as this subject is becoming of great interest to women "baby-boomers". More and more women are entering this phase of menopause and early menopause in their lives everyday.

There may be instances where an imbalance between the sex hormones estrogen and progesterone play an important role in causing or aggravating weight gain. Unfortunately, many women are talked into taking synthetic hormone replacement therapy without researching the health implications carefully enough. Now some of you may be thinking that you are too young to be affected by menopause symptoms or early menopause symptoms, but thanks to the world we live in, many women even in their late twenties and early thirties may be affected by early menopause symptoms.

This imbalance of progesterone and estrogen can cause many menopause symptoms and early menopause symptoms, as well as symptoms of PMS.
