Within 1 week of following the "Fatty Liver Detox Diet" Program I had the following results*:

  • Lost 1 inch off my bust
  • Lost 1 1/2 inches off my abdomen
  • Lost 1/2 inch off my hips, thighs and calves
  • Lost 1 1/2 inches off my ankles
  • Lost 1/2 inch off my wrist
  • Lost 5 1/2 pounds (2.5 kilos)

And as if the above results were not impressive enough, I also noticed that a huge benefit of this natural liver detox was a vast decrease in these symptoms that had been plaguing me for quite a while...

  • But probably my biggest surprise came from a significant decrease in plantar fasciitis pain I had been experiencing for the previous 3 years.  I think this was related to the large decrease in fluid retention in my ankles and calves, as well as an increase in magnesium. 

*Remember that everybody is different and your results when following this fatty liver diet will undoubtedly be different than mine, depending on what your current weight and level of health is.  Also, a lot of my loss was fluid loss because I was very bloated and had a lot of fluid to lose.  If you are not very bloated or have much fluid retention, you obviously will not have these kinds of results so quickly.
