Natural Fibromyalgia Remedies...

Fibromyalgia is a condition of unexplained aches, pains and inflammation, plus chronic fatigue.  There is no cure for this condition, but it can be managed, with natural fibromyalgia remedies.

Generally speaking, most people have found that they have had greater success in managing and even in some cases reversing this condition, with natural remedies rather than drugs and medications.

Drugs and medications are only effective in reducing pain levels, not curing the condition, and in many people it can’t even do that.   

That’s why more and more people are turning to more natural remedies, myself included.  I’ve never wanted to use the drugs and medications for pain control, I’m much more interested in finding a fibromyalgia natural treatment to manage this condition.

So what are some of the more popular natural fibromyalgia remedies?

  • Acupuncture for fibromyalgia is one of the most popular remedies … and it is very effective.
  • Chiropractic manipulation is also a very popular natural fibromyalgia remedy
  • Various Massage therapies, including myofascial release and sacral cranial therapy
  • Herbal mixtures, herbal teas and supplements
  • Topical lotions that include various natural ingredients like capsaicin
  • Stress reduction techniques like deep breathing, meditation, yoga and tai chi are extremely effective
  • Balancing your gut bacteria and microbiome with prebiotics, probiotics
  • Healing Leaky Gut Syndrome
  • Identifying any food sensitivities and eliminating them
  • Biofeedback and breathwork

These are just a few of the natural fibromyalgia remedies available to help to manage fibromyalgia and reduce or even eliminate pain and inflammation.

I have personally tried all the above fibromyalgia remedies and can recommend them as effective ways to reduce fibromyalgia pain and inflammation.

Of course, everybody is different, so you may have to try different things to see what works for you.

For me, following the detox program, eliminating my food intolerances and taking herbal mixtures and supplements has been the most effective methods for managing my fibromyalgia.

As a matter of fact, following these remedies I have been able to completely eliminate the following:

  • Rib pain, neck pain and back pain
  • Plantar fasciitis pain
  • Headaches
  • Tennis elbow
  • Acid reflux and heartburn
  • Asthma
  • Stabbing nerve pains in my legs and feet
  • Stiffness and aches in my hands and fingers
  • Foot and leg cramps and spasms in my ribcage
  • Completely reversed Type II diabetes

And I’ve been able to greatly reduce the following:

  • The burning sensations in my feet and legs have reduced from a very painful burning that is constant and unrelenting 24 hours a day to only an hour or so of mild burning in the evening.
  • My tinnitus (ringing, buzzing noise in my ears) has reduced substantially
  • Edema and water retention throughout my body, but especially in my feet and legs
  • I’ve had less episodes of insomnia and waking up constantly through the night
  • Eye floaters
