Super Foods Recipe: Linguine and Clam Sauce
1 tin of baby clams, rinsed well ¼ cup white wine 1 onion, chopped 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt & Pepper, to taste ¼ cup chicken stock Fresh chives, chopped Fresh Parmesan Cheese Dried parsley 1 clove garlic, minced Salt & Pepper Linguine, cooked al dente - Sauté onion. Add wine, olive oil, seasonings and chicken stock to saucepan, and bring to boil.
- Add baby clams.
- Simmer until liquid reduces to half.
- Pour clam sauce mixture over cooked pasta, toss and serve immediately.
- Garnish with shaved parmesan cheese
- Serves 4
