So where did I turn to for Fibromyalgia help?...
The help came in the form of a detoxification program!

They DO have side-effects and they DO cause long-term health problems, so if there is a natural way of managing this condition, and even reversing it totally, isn’t it worth giving it a try?
Especially if it is totally
natural and just takes making a few changes in the food that you eat?
I had been suffering from Fibromyalgia for over 10 years. I’m just like you … I’m not a doctor or health practitioner, I’m just someone who wouldn’t give in to the fibromyalgia diagnosis I was given without a fight!
So I started researching and reading countless books and websites and research about fibromyalgia in the hopes that I could find a solution to it and get some fibromyalgia help to relieve this unrelenting pain that never seems to stop.
The interesting thing about Fibromyalgia is that different people suffer from different types of pain and inflammation. Some people feel it more in their back and neck, and others get generalised aches and pains all over their body.
For me, it is mainly manifested in system-wide inflammation that makes my muscles sensitive to touch, triggers lots of muscle cramps and aches like rib-pain, back pain, neck pain as well as plantar fasciitis (severe pain in the foot’s instep near the heel) that makes walking very uncomfortable. I also get a lot of edema or water retention and burning sensations in the legs and feet and nerve pain.
To say the least, very uncomfortable!
And if you are anything like me, you’ve stopped telling people about your pain a long time ago. If they haven’t experienced it themselves, people (even well-meaning loved ones) just don’t have a clue what you are going through.
So, after years of research and using myself as a guinea-pig, I started to piece together what seems to be my root cause, and I believe a lot of other people out there could be in the same boat that I am, so I really hope that this detox program could be the fibromyalgia help you’ve been searching for!
I started to suspect that all the preservatives and chemicals in processed foods was having a negative impact on my health and pain levels because I noticed that when I would eat very healthy and stop eating anything processed, my pain levels would subside and when I started to eat junk food again, the pain would increase.
Then I started to suspect that certain foods (in my case, dairy, eggs, gluten, ginger and garlic) would cause lots of symptoms like acid reflux, swelling, inflammation, pain, nerve pain and more.
I tried doing elimination diets and found that I felt much better when I removed certain foods, so then I decided to ask my doctor to run food sensitivity test called an ELISA IgG test (IgG stands for Immunoglobulin G and this is an antibody that your immune system produces).
Some people confuse this with “IgE” antibodies, which are what the body produces when you have a food allergy rather than a food sensitivity. (This is when you get a severe, or even life-threatening, reaction to a food.)
When I got the results of the ELISA IgG test, that’s when I found out that I have a severe sensitivity to eggs, garlic and ginger, which I would never have figured out on my own, and the test also confirmed that I had a problem with dairy and gluten as well.
And the more I researched into these things the more I found out…
when I figured out that by following a detox program, I could support my liver
and detoxification pathways to detox the toxins easier, which in turn removed a
lot of the toxins that were trapped in my tissues (especially fat tissue,
because that is where your body likes to store toxins to keep you safe) and this
reduced the inflammation and pain that was a part of my everyday existence.
I wrote this program especially for anyone like me who was trying to find fibromyalgia help that was easy to follow and completely natural, no drugs or medication at all!
This program is based on
healthy nutritious whole food, no junk food or processed food or food full of
chemicals and preservatives … basically, don’t eat anything out of a package!
